I thoroughly enjoyed this Succulent Oxtail and Rice & Peas with Vegetables (Cabbage, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Carrots), for dessert I had a Round Spice Bun all from Nikas Market Delights Restaurant in University Heights, Bronx NYC.

The Oxtail was so tender and savory it slid right off the bones into my mouth. Even the bones were filled with flavor. Oxtail and Rice & Beans is one of my Favorite West Indian Dishes.
